Abstract

We demonstrate a micro-transfer-printed III-Von-
silicon distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) laser using preprocessed
III-V semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs). A
waveguide-coupled output power of 6 mW is obtained at 1565
nm.
